About S & B
S & B Construction was founded in 1986 by Steve Mufson and Brad Saladucha. Located in Closter New Jersey, we specialize in building custom and spec homes throughout the Northern Valley.
In 2023, Brad retired from the business. We appreciate all the hard work he put into the company and will miss him very much. Steve's wife Jay has stepped in and continues to grow the business.
